How does Wandering help Caregivers?


  • Be notified via SMS text with a link to an online map anytime your loved one leaves home.1

  • The mapping tool shows the general location of your loved one and their path of travel. You can choose to continue monitoring your loved one’s location on your smartphone or let our 24/7 Response Centre know that help is needed.

  • It's also a full personal response service which includes fall detection capability2 and two-way voice communication with Lifeline’s Response Centre.

  • Our trained Personal Response Associates are available 24/7 and can call EMS if necessary.

No fall detection device can detect 100% of falls. You should always push the button for help.3 Your system requires adequate battery charge and cellular signal to make an emergency call.
