About Our Partner Programs
We proudly provide service to over 350 Manitoba & First Nation communities through an amazing network of partner programs. We have over 60 partnerships where local senior-serving organizations across the province provide in-person installation and servicing of the Lifeline equipment. One-third of our clients live outside of Winnipeg. We would not be able to provide our warm individualized service without the help of our partners!

- Marketing support – through our marketing team in Winnipeg, we can help market your organization as the face of Lifeline in the community.
- Support fees – we provide ongoing support fees for each client per month and pay per installation.

How can we help your community?
Victoria Lifeline has been helping Manitobans lead safe and independent lives for over 35 years. Our medical alert service provides subscribers with 24/7 access to help both inside the home, helping individuals and their families feel more confident and secure knowing they can access emergency assistance whenever they need it.

We handle most of the administrative work!
From an administrative perspective, Victoria Lifeline does the bulk of the administrative work from our office in Winnipeg, including billing, coordinating service tickets, inventory management, and the initial orientation & ongoing training/support for all our partners across the province.
